I am a college graduate with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management so I do have knowledge and training with POS (Point-of-Sale) that is commonly used to execute payments for consumer goods or services. I had also working experience with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company for almost 3 years. This company belongs to Fortune 500 and they contribute a lot to improving my skills in customer service. My tasks were handling inbound/outbound calls, supporting email, order processing, and managing customer general inquiries with their products and deliveries.
Work Terms
If we will get a chance to work together, I will make sure that all the assigned tasks will be completed and correct. If there will also be new roles that I need to attend, I will be interested to undergo training to explore new skills and abilities.
My maximum working hours will be 40-hours per week depending on the demand for work. Regarding payment, we can discuss that once we agree with the tasks and sign contracts.
