Many people have said to me that, "Once I get in the door for the interview, everything will work out. Getting in the door is the hard part though..." That has always stuck with me here at Resume Success so, I am aiming to help individuals get through that door and bridge the gap!

In moving forward with his intentions to help professionals achieve success, I will work closely together through the entire process of creation. When Jonathon Lively, Founder of Resume Success, first had his mentor pour over his resume, the words "terrible" came up more than once. Quickly, he realized that he did not know as much as he thought and that it was about time he learned. Over the next few days, the two emailed fervently back and forth about every little detail. Once the finished product was complete, relief washed over Jonathon and a true sense of accomplishment rose up within him.

To some, that story may be cheesy. However, the fact that in his first week of using this new resume Jon was able to interview for five different jobs. The new professionalism brought to the table completely changed the game. From there, it is a matter of using those new doorways to build your own personal version of success and that is what he did. Jonathon Lively applies these same ideas and principles when he builds relationships with Clients of Resume Success; a personal conversation between two people with a goal in mind to help each other succeed.
