Consultant having been helping businesses and individuals in all areas of sales, marketing and project management.
My personality led me to work within sales and marketing at a very early stage but focusing very much on new ventures, so setting up brand new businesses, or, going into businesses that weren't performing well and turning them around.
This business repositioning saw me leading various brand change projects, which included redoing operational aspects to bring businesses to a new level, that we could then market to a specific audience.
So I tend to always look at the end goal, work backwards and define what the business needs to ensure it meets the audience's goals. This simple principle has made me accomplish some huge successes.
I led some large projects specifically in the luxury hotel sector, until around 4 1/2 years ago when I set up my own consultancy to help smaller businesses, which also freed up some of my time to set up something I'm very passionate about, sports.
However these last few years has seen me help business owners set up their ventures, and I'm delighted to say they've been hugely successfully where the strategies and plans I've written has been the foundation to their success.
Work Terms
Happy with all communication mediums, although I do believe in regular communication to ensure everyone is singing from the same song sheet (pardon the expression!).
Skype, phone and email are clearly the most useful tools however when it comes to project management or website / digitial delivery I have a set of tools I always recommend, such as Trello, Pivotal Tracker and SmartSheet for Gantt Chart style time line for project management.
