I've worked in the customer service industry for the past 6 years. I've handled accounts from a telecommunication company, an online payment platform, and a credit card company. The main task was to answer calls and answer queries or solve problems as I see fit. I've also been promoted to multiple positions that gave me the opportunity to conduct training, analyze data based on performance results and conduct coaching sessions.

I want to start working online for me to be able to manage my time better and for me to spend more time with my family. I'm also considering starting up my own business. Therefore, not being tied up to an office job would be a tremendous help. I hope you'd give me a chance and if you do, I'd make sure you won't regret it.
