About

Entry-level freelancer in film industry. Bachelor's degree in directing fiction. Avid User Certified. Interested in jobs as editor, director and set construction.

After graduating at the RITCS I had to figure out what path I wanted to take to build a career on. I tried out jobs in completely different branches (e.g. sales), but kept helping out with student films, taking editing courses and doing an art department internship on a horror movie. Besides some handy wisdom it gave me the aimed for better view of what I want. My true passion lies with editing.

My parents always used to tell me that even in kindergarden the teachers could hardly make me do anything else than making jigsaw puzzles. I still love it and for me that's what editing is all about. You keep on puzzling the pieces untill you complete the perfect picture.

Besides editing I also like to work with my hands, so I'm also very willing to still take jobs in set construction. Directing is also something I hope to do again from time to time.
