We prefer to utilize scrum meetings to relay progress in a short and direct way. By doing this, we minimize downtime on the project and allow the client to be actively involved in the development of their project.

We usually operate based off man hours when it comes to payment for projects. This can always be altered based off the client's needs since not every project follows the same guidelines.
