Jordan's work was remarkable and reflects a maturity and professionalism far beyond his years. He blew me away, and exceeded my expectations exponentially. In fact, the only issue is that his work was too good. A manuscript that I had thought was one quick set of fixes shy of publication is now three weeks short because his suggestions and observations compel me to improve the work in ways I had never imagined. This is a the kind of problem that is a client's, and a writer's, dream. Five stars is just too few. I want to award eleven. Or twelve.

Well done. We are still sorting out how to work with one another, which is primarily my responsibility. The "ding" on technical skill is a very minor issue; I am probably too anal about language.
