PM in projects of the Financial Services sector basically for the processes of Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers and Banking Testing sector.
I participated as a Tester Manager for the Transition and Operations phases for the Banorte Input Generation area in the Technology Management building, establishing and follow up the activities for the Knowledge Transfer, defining the service structure, acceptance criteria and stablishing SLOs before the SLA's service and the preparation of knowledge documents for the Digital Transformation team of Capgemini India. All this with teams in CDMX and Aguascalientes (Center of Excellence).
I participated as a PM/BA in the process analysis, requirements analysis and functional analysis for Willis Towers Watson, an insurance broker, for Health & Benefits sector for the implementation of its technological platform (In-House-Benefits Engine and Invoicing development) for Colombia and Mexico, being the functional link between the business people and the Technical Team in UK, US, Colombia and Uruguay, with a primary report for Capgemini India (Prime Contract).
For the Insurance process, I participated in the end-of-project transition model to AMS for Multiasistencia in the Guidewire® platform, collaborating directly in the definition of the service model, as well as in the contractual and operational conditions, establishing Governance criteria and service structure for CDMX and Aguascalientes (Center of Excellence).
I participated in the High and Medium level requirements for Equinoccial (Ecuador) in the pricing of the Policycenter®, Billingcenter® and Claimcenter® Modules of Guidewire®, as well as in the definition of the preliminary draft and project, general plan and quotation.
