CAD design - 3D modeling - Architectural drafting

I am a CAD designer, I have my own studio where I work as a freelancer.

I've used SketchUp for about 7 years as my main sotfware to model; I use AutoCAD, Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator, I also use V-Ray for rendering. I graduated from architectural drafting school in 2013.

Work Terms

8/h daily.
1. 50% in advance.
2. 50% on completion once the final file is given to the client with no watermark or logo copyright
