Working Hours:
My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Weekends & Holidays: Available for bookings on weekends and public holidays by prior arrangement.
After Hours: For special events or urgent requests, after-hours services can be arranged with advance notice.
Consultation: I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your photography needs and ideas. This can be scheduled over the phone or via a video call.
Response Time: I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For messages received over the weekend, I will respond by the next business day.
Project Updates & Queries: For ongoing projects, I will provide regular updates via email or your preferred method of communication.
Cancellation Policy: rescheduling - If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
