Highly experienced system administrator with over six years of experience in hardware, software and system administration, as well as, troubleshooting in a business setting. Highly skilled in server administration, working knowledge of enterprise and SMB IT hardware and proficiency in Windows Sever 2016/2012R2 and below. Microsoft Exchange 2016/2013 and 2010. Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suites.
Responsible for administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of over 200 physical and virtual servers and over 1000 endpoints including networking equipment, workstations and printers. Provide remote and onsite support for companies ranging from 5 to 400 users. Manage Active Directory including troubleshooting of account and file permissions, DNS issues, and group policies for desktops and servers. Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to servers, SANs, networks and computers to develop project scopes and bill of materials for designed solutions. Maintain and monitor image and file based backup systems for virtual and physical servers. Assist with adds/moves/changes in CUCM 8.5 and Digium Switchvox phone systems and act as 3rd tier support for hosted and on premise phone systems.

· Conduct an evaluation of several different backup technologies to design and implement
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans.
· Plan and install Windows Hyper-V n+1 failover clusters and SQL 2008, 2012 and 2014 HA
configurations.
· Successfully add and maintain Mac OSX laptops into windows enterprise environment.
