I am looking for new opportunities to put into practice what I have learned in all these years and achieve similar results for your company.

I'm a transcriber and I create subtitles for videos for about 8 years. Also, I'm a translator with 6 years of experience and a degree in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). During my career, I spent 3 years working solo.

On the VerbalizeIt platform, which was later acquired by Smartling, I have been doing subtitling videos and transcribing videos since 2017. I have been doing work involving translation, transcreation and database for TELUS International since 2020. Independently, I have done several audio transcription works and text translation from English to Portuguese as a freelancer since 2014 and 2016, respectively.

Work Terms

My work is based of the length of audio/video files. My rates are specified as $1.50/min for transcription and $2.50/min for creating subtitles.
