eCommerce /Lead Gen/Customer Service/Chat, Voice, Email, Sales Support
I am a Virtual Assistant with product research and data entry experience on E-Commerce. I have experience in fulfilling orders in shopify through aliexpress, Oberlo and Dropified. I go through Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, and other sites in searching for products and then place those data on Google docs in an organized manner. I also do customer service through Chat, Email and Voice. I specialize in Lead Generation and Market Research.
I've been in the BPO industry for 6 years - both as Technical Support Representative and Sales representative and 5 years as a Quality evaluator. I assisted customers to set-up their home network with wifi routers, range extenders or powerline adapters. During those years, I developed active listening skills, analytical skills, able to multi-task and being efficient. I also developed critical thinking skills and data-gathering accuracy when I audited or monitored calls. I utilized MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint to present reports during Operations meeting. I constantly maintained good and satisfactory scores by staying focused, motivated and driven. I'm a self-starter and willing to learn to further develop not just myself but also to the team I'm working with.
