I am a reliable hard worker individual always looking to learn new things day by day, I have been in the BPO industry for over 5 years .
I worked as technical support representative, where I was able to developed great skills like critical thinking, I became a solving problems person, then I got transfer over to customer relations position and I learned new skills like : being open to feedback, self-management, thinking skills(problem solving and decision making) understanding the customer state of mind and treating customer the way I would like to be treated.
