I have worked with various companies which deals with different customers. Bulk of my experience is for BPO companies which utilizes Zendesk as their platform for dealing with
customers via chat, email, and call. As a customer support, I make sure that every interaction I have with each customers are handled with empathy, passion and commitment to resolve their issues.
I also had an experience with Bookkeeping using Quickbooks and have done several accounting related tasks during my work at a hotel.
Work Terms
I can work anytime of the day, I have LAN internet for faster connection at home. I can work 30 hours in a week or more, depending on the clients' needs. I can start immediately.
