Web developer and IT specialist
I've worked in the BPO / Call Center industry for 10 years, mostly for IT related products and services. I started as an agent but, because of my consistently high customer satisfaction survey scores, I was promoted as a trainer later on.
My most challenging work was as a Technical Trainer for HSBC, the financial institution. I was sourced to be the trainer for one of their retail services process. I was sent to India with a team to learn about the process and transferred the knowledge to the local BPO.
After some time, I've decided to just work freelance online still mostly for IT-related projects for various positions, but mostly as a technical support representative.
My last significant work was as project manager for Digital Mediums and Client Satisfaction Manager for ActivityRez.
I'm currently focusing on web development but I am still open to working as an IT specialist. I'm also preparing for my CompTIA A+ certifications.
