Customer Service Pro
I have been in the call center industry for more than 8 years now both as customer service and technical support associate. I have handled numerous accounts respectively. I am able to manage my work with less supervision in an organized and timely manner. I am always interested to face new challenges ahead because it makes me think & discover new ways possible. The reason I chose this field because I am very much computer inclined and I am comfortable assisting customers providing them support may it be customer service relations or technical support over the phone , email, chat or any other means related to it. Also doing it at the very comfort of my home does not make it less important because I am very resourceful with the things I have at my disposal
Work Terms
Preferred part-time and freelance work at least 25 hours per week.
