I have over 10 years experience in business analysis and process design, with multiple success stories with staff optimization using global resources. I possess high-end Excel skills and have taught courses in data modeling with Powerpivot (tabular for Excel) and DAX for various clients over five years. My current preferred analytics tool is PowerBI, but I have some experience with Tableau and Microstrategy.

I have completed the Executive Data Analytics Certificate from a John's Hopkins through Coursera, and I am in the process of obtaining the PMP Certification. I graduated in 2009 with an MBA degree in Finance from Strayer University.

Recently, I have been delivering workshops on developing and managing high performance teams, self awareness and EQ, communication styles using DiSC, strategic planning, and business plan gap analysis.
