Work Terms

As a professional graphic designer, I prioritize delivering high-quality work and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. Below are my standard work terms to ensure a smooth and productive collaboration:

Availability
Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (local time), with flexibility for urgent projects.
Response Time: I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours, ensuring timely communication and progress updates.

Payment Terms
Project-Based Payments: I prefer working on a milestone basis, where payments are made after the successful completion of each phase of the project.
Hourly Projects: For hourly projects, I track time meticulously to ensure transparency, and detailed reports will be provided.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security and trust.

Revisions and Feedback
Initial Concepts: I will provide several design concepts based on our initial discussions.
Revisions: I offer up to three rounds of revisions for each project to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Additional revisions can be accommodated upon request for an extra fee.
Feedback: Your feedback is essential to the process. I encourage open communication and will work closely with you to refine the design until you are fully satisfied.

Turnaround Time
Depending on the scope of the project, typical turnaround times are as follows:
Logo Design: 3-5 business days
Branding Packages: 1-2 weeks
Marketing Materials: 3-7 business days

For larger or more complex projects, I will provide a custom timeline upon consultation.

Communication
I am available via Guru's messaging platform, email, or video calls for consultations and project discussions. Clear communication is key to ensuring the success of your project.

Ownership and Files
Upon completion and final payment, you will receive full ownership of the final design files in the necessary formats (AI, PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc.). All source files are included
