Strategic user experience research
I have been providing strategic user experience research since 2015 as User Experience Research, LLC.
Learned how to research, strategize, and write about UX early, working full-time on pioneering grant-funded UX research projects. I was employed at the Computerized Conferencing and Communications Center at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. While employed full-time there for five years, I obtained my graduate degree in engineering at night. I specialize in performing scaled and appropriate quantitative and qualitative UX research, and working with a variety of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, and statistical applications.
Draw upon my knowledge of user experience research methods and strategies, and my writing ability, to help address client’s business pain. Put advocating for the user at the center of focus, consulting for Google, ADP, AT&T, and other Fortune 1000s, small businesses and start-ups.

Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm EST. Services are fee-based and contracts are based on hourly rates as quoted.
