Versatile and Responsive Editing/Proofreading Services

For as long as I can remember, I've been a stickler for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. My love for writing, English, and literature led me to pursue degrees (Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD) in English. I have also taught college-level English and literature courses for 8 years.

I'm passionate about helping companies and individuals craft texts that are compelling, purposeful, and eloquent for a variety of audiences. I enjoy working on projects that broaden my horizons. My primary area of expertise is academic writing and editing (college essays, articles, books, etc) but I also have experience with non-fiction ebooks, blogs, press releases, resumes, novels, and web content.

One of my top priorities is clear and open communication throughout every project. It's important to me to receive feedback from clients early on so that I can modify my style and approach to perfectly meet the project's needs and specifications. I never complete a job until the client is fully satisfied.

Work Terms

I'm available to work immediately, either part- or full-time. I prefer to be paid once a week for hourly jobs, and once the project is finalized for fixed-price jobs. My hourly rate for full editing and proofreading services is normally $30, but it varies based on the complexity and requirements of each project.
