I'm willing to negotiate on prices, depends on the kind of work/website you ask me to do. I feel that I like to make things feasible for the client - but also for me. Considering I don't have much reputation, my rates should/will start lower than where I'd like them to be because I value reviews highly and want to work towards obtaining a reputation among the community!
