• Awarded "Playtech Outstanding Performer" prize in recognition of my work on mobile games
• Lead and Art Directed all graphical and UI work outsourced to 3rd party companies in an Agile environment. (5 mobile slot games to date)
• Conceived and implemented new mobile specific UI template increasing the speed and ease of converting flash game titles to mobile HTML5.
• Devised a streamlined porting workflow to aid the simultaneous release of games across 3 channels and in 33 languages.
• Trained, managed and mentored in-house art team in mobile design and workflow and mobile game projects
• Managed freelance artists in creation of supplementary graphical assets for mobile games.
