I include 60 days of support. And I will teach you how to use your site. You will be able to change your own content, blog, and even add pages yourself.

Process notes:
I use a client portal that will let you set how the various aspects of the project are coming along. You can also ask nonurgent questions there. For urgent matters, you will have my email address and possibly my personal cell number.
I don't send daily or weekly reports unless requested.
The site will be developed on a secret server. You will have access to it as it's built.

I respond to clients quickly, usually in less than an hour. I'm a bit slower with prospective clients, but it's always within 1 business day.
