To provide an amazing Customer Service or support is my greatest asset. I just love talking to people and hearing their concerns and along that is to have that chance to provide solutions. I consider myself as a natural communicator, I probably can defuse a bomb threat situation over the phone because of that. While most people consider it challenging to talk to people of the old age or especially in a technical situation where someone is technologically novice, I enjoy it. My grandparent spent their lives with us and for some reason, that experience taught me the value of patience and understanding. I’ve always had a knack for communicating with people—the easygoing and the difficult alike— probably the only reason I keep on working in the call center industry. I don’t want to brag about it but I am pretty confident that I am well versed in communicating over the phone. I'm also looking for opportunities in Sales. I think I am a natural salesman because I’m really good at creating needs. I love listening to customers and based on that, identify the best product that will probably suit their needs. I was trained to be a hardcore seller but through time I realized that we should go easy on our potential clients. When you create a relationship and build trust first, the sale can follow. I take pleasure in prioritizing relationship building, to give an impression to clients that I am someone that doesn’t prioritize getting money out of their pocket but more of a consultant. A consultant sets the bar for amazing customer service and sales. Another thing that I would love to try out is social media management. I realized that I have this natural gift of enticing people by being creative in my facebook ads post. When I was employed in an office-based setting, I always take part of referral programs and I used social media to get referrals.
