My name is Joshua Diaz. I was born In Deland, Fl although I was raised in Orlando, FL. I have perfect American English with no heavy accent. I also have years of experience working on a phone, I started about 9 years ago working as a Customer Service Rep. And slowly got involved in sales. I first worked in local call centers marketing products like natural body supplements, cellphones and monthly plans, software etc. I worked in a couple call center and other than being on the phone, I was marketing supervisor for 2 years, some of my duties where to create scripts, pitches, sales strategy and train callers/sculpt a sales attitude. Over three years ago I started working on one of the best freelancing page called Elance where I learned how to cold call and set appointments. It has been quit a journey since then, in which I learned a whole other side of sales and telemarketing.
It isn't easy to be successful at calling some one out of the blue and get the to commit to an appointment. It takes a set of skills mostly people skills and analytical skills, but most important it takes experience and that is something you can't improvise. Since I started setting appointment I have been in many industries that I will name. SEO&PPC, Accounting services, Managed IT services, about 5 different software, residential&comercial Real Estate and the Health Care industry. I was much more successful and some industries more then others and if I had to choose my top 3 they would be 1. Residential Real Estate 2. Managed IT services and Software or SaaS. Keeping in mind that health care and accounting services have similar cold calling guidelines/process.
Well I just wanted to take this space to briefly describe my work experience, to give you a better understanding in why I feel completely qualified to apply to the Jobs I apply to and why I am 100% positive that I will preform an outstanding job. I appreciate you taking the time of reading this.
