Empathy & Technology Aficionado, proactive customer support without the hassle.

I am passionate 7 year veteran who loves the tech world, tea, and support. Involved outside my normal day with the Support Driven community as well as providing my expertise to the non-profit MagFest organization. I’m always pushing for the best in myself as well as the projects I lead; daily thinking of the best ways to streamline processes so that both internal and external customers are setup for success.

Some highlights that I would love to expound upon:

• Involved with the support community beyond my career having gone to elevate summit, a member of the support driven slack community, and volunteered my experience to the non-profit MagFest.

• Developed and lead 4 major SaaS company-wide strategic initiatives including members of the design, development, and marketing teams. Successful projects lead to long term success within UI/UX customer on-boarding, streamlining customer outreach, and reduced churn directly with average reduction of 1.5%.

• I’m a self starter that has had my hand on smaller projects and founded his own company. I am able to juggle projects as well as passionately seek new horizons with those whom I support. :)
