Long-time writer/editor looking for freelance work, preferably recurring, at reasonable prices, fast turnaround times. Also available for consulting - writing, editing and business.

Briefly, I have worked as a writer/editor for most of the last 20 years, starting in the newspaper industry with occasional forays into marketing and public relations.
This also meant starting two publications of my own and finally getting that first novel completed.

Most of 2014-2017 has been spent ghostwriting books for other people. While non-disclosure agreements prevent me from listing most of my clients here, I will privately discuss and can provide letters of confirmation and recommendation from many of my clients, along with samples of the work I've completed.

Work Terms

For only the second time in the last four years, I am trying to build my client base back up, so I'm willing to begin jobs in the $25/hour range, or at 10 cents/word (minimum $35) and hopefully over time earn more of your business. As a student of the news business, you can expect high quality copy with fast turnaround times. I'm also available for editing, rewrites and business consultation.
