I grew up with an intense love of art -- sketching, drawing, painting. When computers became mainstream and I became enamored with the possibilities that came with them, it was only natural for me to combine the two. This lead me to enrolling in the Media Arts and Animation program at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree.

Shortly after, I was employed full-time at a high-volume production house that mainly produced :30 and :60 second broadcast commercials. Although there were many late nights and seemingly impossible deadlines, I gained skills and insight on working efficiently and dealing with clients that I would have not gotten elsewhere.

After four years, I was hired by an advertising firm to produce commercials for the telecommunications industry. My work was instrumental in securing an agency of record deal with a national cable company, and I was promoted to head of my department.

Six years later, I felt that it was time to strike out on my own -- so, here I am, working full-time as Goldenseal Motion Design. Three years and going strong!

Work Terms

My typical work hours are from 8pm - 5pm EST. However, I am available almost any time, day or night, by email.

I usually request a 30-day or sooner pay period after project completion.
