A Professional Office Administrator with excellent document processing skills

I am a polished Office Administrator with 20+ years of experience in office administrative services. I hold a Bachelor of Management and Administration, Higher Diploma in Secretarial Management and certificates in management and administration courses. Besides administration, I have a Masters in Arts (Counselling Psychology). Am also a Certified Trustee of Kenya and a Certified Ethics and Integrity Assurance Officer.

My experience includes serving as an Office Administrator/Executive Secretary at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy and Research Analysis, Agriculture and Food Authority and Kenya National Union of Teachers. Previously I have service in various leadership positions including at Kenya National Secretaries Association (KENASA), as the Regional Secretary for Nairobi Region for 3 years and as the National Treasurer for 5 years and also served as a Trustee at Cotton Development Authority Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme for 6 years. I'm a member of the Kenya National Secretaries Association(KENASA) and the Public Relations Society of Kenya.

Work Terms

I work part time from 4.00pm East African time and Saturdays 2.00pm to 6.00pm. Typing charges are $20 per hour through my bank account or Mpesa(local).
