Hello,

I have been on and off the online-freelancing platform for the past 6 years, and I am currently looking forward to new partnerships and opportunities. Currently, I will be focusing on the online platform. I have a fairly decent amnt of years put in the VA and transcription industry. I have been the lead transcriptionist for an online firm based in Miami for 2 years, as well as the proofreader in the team. Aside from my tenure in transcription, I am also an experienced VA assigned to tasks such as lead generation, telemarketing, cold calling, payroll management and data entry- to name a few. I also have a strong background in customer service and tech support, having been in leadership positions during my years as a Call Center Professional.
