Continuously Creating Daring Digital Solutions
In my previous work as a Community Manager, my key clients were brands Lacoste, Max Factor and Rimmel and two large retailers - Sportina Group (retailer for Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Stuart Weitzman, Tory Burch and others) and N Sport/N Fashion (retailer for Puma, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Armani Jeans and UGG). Keeping up with digital, e-commerce, retailing and fashion trends on a daily basis was a must and some of my tasks included:
- Creating social media and content strategies,
- Creating and managing paid ads and email campaigns,
- Content upload across websites and apps using in-house CMS,
- Developing and managing influencer and blogger strategies,
- Working with production team on creating different media assets.
Creating content strategies for websites and Facebook apps helped me hone my ability to identify problems, demonstrate initiative and implement appropriate solutions. Being responsible for account management, client servicing and managing a team of interns improved my organizational and time-management skills because I had to learn how to prioritize and delegate tasks. Pitching content strategies to potential clients, providing trainings to existing clients and my team of interns refined my facilitation and communication skills greatly.
