I don't want to be just a hard-working person, I want to be someone who do things well.
I have 1 year and 4 months experience being a Call Center Agent. I worked before as as a Website Technical Service Assistant for an Insurance Company in the United States. I also worked as a Claims Analyst at the same company. I used to answer inquiries via call and follow-ups via email.
I know how to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook. I am also familiar with Google Docs. I also know also know how to use eBay listing and drop shipping tools like Zik Analytics and DSM Tool, I am still learning the other tools to be used and acquiring new skills like eBay/shopify product researching, product listing, drop shipping and order fulfillment.
I have good English written, speaking and listening skills. I'm also good at time management and multi-tasking. I am a passionate person and if there are things that I need to learn, I can assure you that I will learn as fast and wholeheartedly as I can.
Listening to music and reading books are my favorite hobbies. I love music but music hates me. I'm into pop and EDM music nowadays.
Work Terms
- I can work for 20-30 hours per week. Monday to Friday preferably but I can also work on Saturday.
- I prefer to be paid via paypal.
- Skype is fine.
