Ans :: Generally, it takes 20 minutes to resolve a connectivity issue. For PC cleanup and optimization, it might takes 30 to 45 minutes. And to Reset/Reinstall Windows it might take upto 10 to 16 hours, depending on your computer speed.

2. I know little about computers. How you are going to resolve the issue?

Ans :: Well, if you have little knowledge about computers, I will remotely access your computer and fix the problem. However, if you feel uncomfortable about it, I can fix it by guiding you over the phone. Do not worry I have fixed over 800 issues over the phone. I will keep you entertained and fix it.

3. I can't understand English. How you will help me?

Ans :: The best way is to remotely access your computer and I will fix it myself. However, if you feel uncomfortable giving computer access, we can use Google Translate to communicate.
