I live in Johannesburg, in South Africa. This means my fees are hugely competitive because I'm able to charge South African rates. I work in accordance with US English and UK English style conventions, depending on which your story needs.

I studied English Literature, English Language, Linguistics and Education at Rhodes University, and I have nearly twenty years of experience in training and writing in the areas of business skills, business writing, and self-editing. I also write extensively in my own capacity.

I now provide line editing, copy editing, proofreading and beta reading services to people who are writing and publishing their own eBooks. My true loves are fiction and memoir, and I have experience in the editing of both, as well as in editing academic texts.

IMPORTANT: I sign a non-disclosure undertaking for all my work, and charge per word as follows.

Beta Reading
USD: $0.20 (20c) per 500 words or part thereof (minimum 30,000 words)
