As a business analyst, constantly study an organization’s data, their business processes and makes recommendations to the clients. Recommendations include new features to existing systems, new software, procedural or workflow changes, or some combination of the above.
Also work very closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the project plan is adhered to and scope creeps / changes are approved and documented.
