I have over 16 years of experience managing the design, development and implementation of e-commerce and digital products to market. My goal is to ensure your products are designed and implemented efficiently to provide maximum value to your customers.

I am the co-owner and head of product for Limnu, an online collaborative whiteboard platform. Since we are a small company my responsibilities include business development, product management, product marketing, testing, and customer support. Most recently I onboarded two large API customers that significantly increased our annual revenues. I managed these efforts from initial contact, designing and implementing custom features, to negotiating the contracts.

As head of product, I am responsible for defining and continually updating the product strategy and roadmap. I meet with customers on a regular basis to understand their pain points and product needs. I use their feedback along with data such as Google Analytics, internal usage logs, Stripe reports, and other data available to define features and prioritize them into our roadmap. I meet with our distributed development team regularly to create sprints, communicate stories, and discuss blockers.

What I bring to the table are excellent organization & communication skills, strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, and the ability to inspire a team to perform at their best. I am a self starter who needs little direction in order to get the job done. I am a strategic thinker but have no problem rolling up my sleeves to get into the details to create wireframes, write test cases, or answer a few customer service questions. I prefer working with agile teams and have a lot of experience as a scrum master, writing stories, managing product roadmaps, and communicating priorities/progress to stakeholders and the development team.
