Work Terms

Work in a freelance basis 30 - 40 hours per week with a rate of 20 USD/hour if the project requires more time in the week then the extra time will be with a rate of 30 USD/hour.
I Always ask for an upfront payment of 40 - 50 % of the total amount, that way both parts will keep the commitment to the project. 100% refundable if you don't like the final result.
