Hi, I'm Juan Cruz Obaid, a CPA, coach, father and many other things.

Many years I worked together with colleagues in the profession in accounting firms within accounting, tax and labour areas where I have been able to develop and acquire communication, leadership and listening skills that are essential to achieve better results in teams.

Along the way, I've held leadership positions in professional institutions that have allowed me to gain experience and personal development in those roles, while also learning from people with more seniority and experience.

As if that were not enough, I forced myself to get out of my comfort zone and started ventures several times. In my current mission, I made a space with a name and values, prioritizing the human and facilitating the personal and professional development of people who are not satisfied with seeing the world as it is today.

My goal is to accompany you in the growth of your company, your professional and personal life in a holistic and human way.
