Work Terms
I am delighted to confirm our working terms and conditions as discussed and agreed upon for our professional collaboration. This document outlines important aspects such as operating hours, payment terms and methods, and preferred communication style to ensure a smooth and productive working relationship.
1. Operating Hours:
My regular working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, From Monday to Friday.
I will be available to respond to work-related matters during these hours.
If there is a need for work outside of these hours, such as urgent projects or deadlines, we will discuss and agree on a case-by-case basis.
2. Payment Terms and Methods:
Payment for my services will be made on a weekly basis.
The agreed-upon rate for my services is a rate of 35€ per hour or from 25€ to 60€ per Project.
Payment will be made through bank transfer to the following account: ES57 2085 8166 0103 3011 2939
BIC/SWIFT: CAZRES2Z.
Invoices will be provided for all services rendered, detailing the work completed and the corresponding charges.
3. Communication Style:
Effective communication is essential for our collaboration.I am committed to maintaining open and transparent communication, and I will respond to your messages within 24 to 48 hours during regular working hours.
For urgent matters that require immediate attention outside of regular hours, we will have to negotiate an extra fee.
4. Project Milestones and Deadlines:
We will establish clear project milestones and deadlines for all work to ensure alignment and accountability.
Any changes to project timelines will be communicated promptly, and we will work together to adjust as needed.
5. Confidentiality and Data Security:
I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of any sensitive information or data shared during our collaboration. We may consider signing a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if necessary to protect confidential information.
