I am a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in information technology, IT service management (ITSM), technological infrastructure, and business process automation. Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership skills, successfully coordinating technology teams and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and service excellence.

Professional Experience & Expertise
Currently, I work as a Semi-Senior ITSM Specialist at Bit2Bit Americas, where I design and implement ITSM, DevOps, and analytics solutions for clients across various industries. My expertise in business process automation, combined with my deep knowledge of platforms like Atlassian, allows me to optimize service management workflows and improve operational performance.

Previously, I held leadership roles at Davissa Group, where I managed master data integrity across six companies and led the integration of SAP ERP and Teamwork Commerce systems. As an IT Coordinator, I successfully migrated the organization’s on-premise infrastructure to a private cloud, implemented IT support solutions, and streamlined service desk operations.
