I am an architect with more than 40 years of experience in the field of architecture, including interior design, 3D renderings photo-realistic, drawing architectural plans, structures, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic installations, development of details from schemes , digitalization of hand-drawn plans.

As a designer:
Houses, apartment buildings, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, hangars for maintenance of airplanes, etc.

To generate photorealistic three-dimensional models I use the following softwares:
Autocad, Photoshop and AccuRender.
My experience with autocad starts from version 9 to date with autocad 2015.
I have also experience in handling the sketchup program.

I have experience in coordinating engineering (structural, electrical, hydraulic, etc) during the design stage and construction.

Work Terms

- First I receive the client plans and information about materials and project details, then we agreed on the price and time of execution of work.
- The budget depends on the project size, its complexity and the number of images needed. Do not hesitate to contact me for additional information.
- I send the first images to receive feedback with model corrections, materials adjustments, image resolution, whether for printing on paper or for viewing on PC and viewpoint selection.
- Then I adjust the images according your comments, and I add trees, figures and vehicules.
- If you need specific needs, I can adapt my skills to your ideas and standards, For example if you need in a room a special piece of furniture or a false ceiling with special design is shown.
