As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I ensure that every claim meets the highest standards of compliance and accuracy, contributing to seamless operations for healthcare providers.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

I am available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PH Timezone). During these hours, I can respond promptly to any inquiries or requests related to your medical billing and clinical denial management needs. If you need assistance outside of these hours, I’m happy to discuss flexible arrangements to accommodate your schedule.

Payment Terms:

I offer flexible payment terms to meet the needs of your practice. My services are billed either on an hourly basis or as a flat monthly rate, depending on the scope of the work. For ongoing contracts, I require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work or on a mutually agreed schedule. I accept payments via check, bank transfer, or major credit cards. Detailed invoices will be provided for full transparency.

Preferred Communication Style:

I believe in clear, consistent, and efficient communication. The best way to reach me is via mail for non-urgent matters, as this allows me to organize and prioritize responses effectively. For urgent matters or quick updates, I am happy to discuss by phone or via text message. I also offer scheduled video calls for more in-depth consultations or discussions about ongoing projects. My goal is to ensure that you feel supported and informed throughout our collaboration.
