About

Dedicated and Dependable!!!

I am looking to utilize my skills as an assistant. I have a strong background working virtually, dating back to the early 2000's. At that time I was an administrative assistant for a company that provided therapy in nursing home facilities. I was using a computer and completing office tasks such as spread sheets in Excel, preparing office memos to be sent out, collecting information for payroll and so much more. My typing skills improved and I gained the knowledge to be successful using MS Office. I gained the understanding of deadlines and time management.

I am currently a Realtor, which allows me to utilize a lot of the skills I have previously acquired. As a Realtor, a lot of your work involves paperwork, emailing, meeting deadlines and accuracy in everything you do. I enjoy the challenges I am faced with and I am successful in meeting deadlines with accuracy. The flexibility in my schedule allows me to take on additional tasks and meet those deadlines with accuracy. In an ideal world, I would be handling just the administrative part of this position.

I have an understanding of how to communicate effectively, and how to develop a professional relationship with customers via email and over the phone. My ability to excel at meeting deadlines with accuracy makes me an asset in any industry. I am successful with problem solving and learning new skills. I have the flexibility in my schedule to successfully assist you with accuracy and dependability.

I have a very flexible schedule and I am open to discussion regarding payment.
