A dedicated team is a relationship where we commit engineers to full-time work for at least 3-6 months and payment is done on a monthly basis.
Developers are part of the client`s team, will sit together and will integrate with the client development activities. The dedicated team is the most common model we engage in.

Fixed bid

A fixed bid relationship occurs when we deliver a detailed project spec and we commit to complete it for a fixed price. This setup can work, with smaller, highly specific projects ( e.g developing a mobile app or MVP).

Staff Augmentation

Staff Augmentation is a relationship where a client hires engineers to augment the activities and pay them hourly.
Usually is for Code reviews, fixing issues in the live project, software updates, adding some new features in the existing project, etc., something that is impossible to estimate from at the start.
