Work Terms

Work on a flexible schedule (8-10 hours a day, not tied to time), exceptions are possible for the convenience of the client.
• 30-50% prepayment before the start of work.
• Full payment before the final transfer of files.
• In case of additional edits beyond what was agreed upon — +30% surcharge.
• Urgent projects — +30-50% to the cost.
When the client makes an advance payment:

• After discussing the details and agreeing on the price.
• Before starting any work (sketches, concept, drafts).
• Immediately after issuing an invoice or sending the details.
Conditions for refund of prepayment:

• If the work has not yet begun, a refund is possible minus the payment system commission.
• If the work has already been partially completed, a partial refund is possible, depending on the stage.
• If the project is completely ready for transfer, the prepayment is not refundable.
