Enthusiastic Administrative Professional Seeking Part-Time Opportunities!
Greetings! I am an administrative professional with 5+ years of experience seeking part time opportunities. I work full time as a Contract Administrator for a tech company during the weekdays, but am looking to pick up part time work in my spare time.
I have extensive experience using Microsoft Applications, Google Applications, and cloud based business software programs. I also have a background in customer service and hospitality.
Not only am I extremely detailed oriented and organized which allows me to quickly learn and execute complex administrative processes, I also am great at multitasking. My ability to handle a variety of different inquiries or issues quickly and efficiently and my intuitive sense to anticipate the needs of others are what make me not only successful in admin support positions, but customer service roles as well.
Although I have extensive work experience, no task is too simple or small. I also welcome the challenge of long term or more involved projects. I look forward to hearing from you and am happy to answer any questions you may have to see if I am the right fit for your job.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Flexible! Please note though that I have a full time gig which takes up the majority of my time (M-F 9-5 EST), BUT I am always available via email/ gchat/ text even during those hours.
Payment Terms: Dependent on the task. As I mentioned no task is too simple or small!
