An author and freelance writer with a passion for illuminating the worlds of alternative health, movement, nature, mindfulness, and transformational travel/education experiences.

I am a writer, educator, herbal and nutrition consultant and travel junkie who has been around the world and back again in search of new experiences, compelling stories, and cross-cultural connections. I have written numerous articles for publication, blogs, two published young adult novels, and product reviews. I teach workshops in nutrition/wellness, herbal traditions, communication/community-building, and am open to both short-term and long-term projects.

Work Terms

I am available for work Sunday-Friday at $45 per hour, unless the assignment is long-term with set hours/ contract and an agreed upon pay scale.
