Looking for Technical Support/IT Service Desk/Customer Service Representative jobs
I am a graduate of BSBA-Major in Computer Applications with 15 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center Industry as customer service, technical support representative, and IT service desk by providing service through phone, email, and chat globally.
• Proficient in all Windows versions, Basic MAC OS usage, Microsoft Office applications, Web applications, Various anti-virus software, and ticketing tools.
• Systems: VMWare issues, Citrix, Active Directory administration, VPN, AWS, Service Now, and desktop support.
Work Terms
4-5 hours a day, preferable for email or chat support
