As an email customer service representative, I usually respond to customer's queries, sort emails according to priority, calling hotel partners to follow-up customer's requests, concerns, and confirming their bookings.
My work overview as a chat representative are as follows: Manage chat flow with up to 3 consecutive chats in the queue, Live Help to make sure that I provide accurate and appropriate resolution to customer's issues, outbound call to hotels regarding confirm their reservation, room or requests, and work with the hotel to possibly make an exception to change or cancel reservations if there's ever need to. I also assist in canceling airline, rental car and hotel reservations. Send information to the airline company if the customer has special requests such as wheelchair assistance, seat and meal preference, and adding an infant on their flight.
I've also worked as a Customer Relations Specialist mainly handles escalation calls and address customer's complaints.
I've also experienced being a lead generation and data entry specialist. Though, I'm not on the expert level yet, I can work without supervision once I'm debriefed with my scope of work/job.
With my experience, I know I am capable and will be able to finish the project before the deadline at the same time provide client satisfaction. This will also help me expand my horizon.
